The Glorious Clockwork of the Duke of Berry, the most famous illustrated manuscript of the 15th century, begun by miniaturists by the Limburg brothers in the 1410s. It is a luxuriously illuminated watchword, commissioned by Jean, Duke of Berry.

It contains 206 sheets of 29×21 cm in size, 66 of them are illustrations entirely in the whole strip, 65 are small. Despite its small size, these miniatures are one of the most significant monuments of international Gothic.
