The composition of the landscape “Morning” was based on full sketches of a specific motif with barely outlined outlines of the swampy terrain and walking on a rainy morning hunter. But this was enough to revive in the soul of the artist memories of the morning over the swampy place.
Most of the canvas is occupied by the image of the sky, which is covered by an ashy-gray cloud near the horizon, above which a strip of morning sunlight rises. It is struck by the beauty of tonal harmony and the very sensation of a living, as it were moving light, in the eyes of a changing natural natural color.
