On the left is the image of the Soul, standing on the moon, clean – the virgin in a royal garment, with a crown on her head, the teeth of which are decorated with flowers. Away from her is the lion, the serpent and the figure of the devil, running back to the cave on the right side of the composition, with a naked figure sitting in it, personifying a sinful soul.

In the dark blue skies – sitting on the throne in paradise Christ, to whom the angel is coming and brought to worship Pure soul. In the center of the composition is the sun with a human face. In the margins, the texts explaining the image. The composition repeats the miniature of Sinodika – books with the names of the deceased. A work similar in content is available in the collection of the Tretyakov Gallery. The salary repeats the described composition and has a date, the last figure of which is illegible: 189? The icon in the salary repeats the sample of the XVII century. It is a rarity and represents iconographic interest.
