Probably, the icon is written according to the vow given for the healing of some Akilina, whose sainted saint is depicted on the field behind the evangelical bleeding wife. The icon is a model of a highly professional painting of Mstera in the mid-19th century, interesting for iconography. It represents artistic and museum value.
