Monet’s fame brought a portrait of Camilla Donsier, written in 1866. Camilla June 28, 1870 became the wife of the artist. They had two sons: Jean and Michel.
Camilla Donsieu – the first wife of the artist Claude Monet. There was a model of his several canvases, including such as “Women in the Garden”, where Camilla posed for all the female figures on the canvas, and “The Lady in Green”.
