Another work for the Duke of Osuna, like the Capricios series, depicts scenes of witchcraft. Three figures in hats grabbed a naked man in the air. In addition to them, one can observe a poor fellow who has closed his ears and a running man in a white cloak, with his right hand reproducing a gesture designed to protect himself from evil evil eye. This painting was acquired by the Prado Museum in 1999.
Francisco Goya, although he created a lot of works on mystical subjects, treated her with humor and disbelief, seeing, probably, only interesting scenes and images in mysterious rituals and beliefs.
