Not far from Rouen is the coast of Normandy in a small town – Etretat, where the coastal cliffs are striking in their beauty. Once it was a small fishing port, but deserved its fame by an unusual landscape and white cliffs – protruding into the sea, they form a powerful sea gate, and a little white stone obelisk grows 70 meters away from the waves – the famous “Etretat needle”, which once inspired Claude Monet to create magnificent canvases. Today, thousands of tourists come here on vacation – walk along the rocky coast, take photos against the background of the rocks and enjoy the seafood, smelling of the sea and freshness.
