“Dancing peasants” – a wonderful engraving on everyday topics. The artist carried out this work on the eve of the events of the Peasants’ War.
The engraver gives his heroes a rough and mighty force, determination and militancy. At the same time, in his attitude towards them, the irony and indulgence of the townspeople are evident.
