After 1990, Luis Royo devotes a lot of time to his own work; he does not cooperate with publishers, does not accept orders, works as a free artist. Using the technique of photographic collage with the further transformation of the painting into a painting canvas, Royo creates multi-faceted panoramic works.
The popularity grows, his works become known far beyond the borders of Spain, printed in separate editions. In 1992, in Spain, Royo published his first collection of works, “Women”, which is widely known and reprinted in Germany and France.
In 1994, the publishing house “Norma Editorial” released a new album “Malefic”, which is then reissued in France, Italy and other countries. The sand, the wind, the danger, the group of people waiting for a scattered chain…
