In general, Modigliani loved women, even chased him. And at the same time the artist, in the words of Anna Akhmatova, “was surrounded by a dense ring of solitude.” These words should be heeded – Akhmatova also did not escape the spell of Modigliani. They loved each other. In her old age, the poetess wrote memoirs about the artist, in which there are several precise and original remarks.
