On the canvas the shore of the sea bay is depicted; in the distance a mountainous cape, far out into the sea, can be seen. On the stone parapet, there are two young adolescents. They are completely naked, only on their feet they have sandals, similar to ancient Greek: a characteristic for Dali is a reference to antiquity.
One of the boys – half-lying on the rocks – is depicted in a realistic manner. He has short blond hair, thin facial features. With one hand he leans against the stone, the other – on the knee of the bent leg. Another teenager standing in front of him is stripped of his face. His body and hair are drawn as scrupulously as his counterpart, but instead of a face he only has a vague spot.
