Uriah Franciacbio’s letter unites in its paintings the influences of various great masters from Renaissance Florence; he was impressed by the works of Fra Bartolomeo, Piiero di Cosimo, and the famous “trinity”: Leonado, Raphael and Michelangelo.
Especially many he owes Andrea del Sarto. Along with frescoes, portraits and sacred paintings, he often wrote small-figure large-format pictures, such as the “Letter of Uriah”, which arose in 1523, where the narrative is multiplied into individual motifs.
