Van Gogh was hospitalized after he injured himself with a knife. Several weeks in the conclusion led him to the selection of plots for two paintings: “The inner courtyard of the hospital in Arles” and “The Chamber of the Hospital of the Hospital”.
These pictures express the difficult test and sorrows of isolation.
