Tiber Island, dedicated to the god Esculapus in 291, there was consecration of the temple in honor of Esculapius. The temple and its services were the characteristic Greek Asclepius. Similarly, as in Epidaurus, the Tiberian temple practiced a method of treating patients through incubation, they received advice on how to act in a dream. The one who has recovered has devoted to the god veto gifts and grateful inscriptions.
