The painting is “The Madonna with the Saints”, in which the grandeur of the altar baroque image was embodied. In the sun-drenched space, the movement of all figures seems to be felt.
The addiction of baroque to complex symbolism is indicated by rich allegorical content. The painting was performed at the request of the Passerini family and contains symbols of spiritual and knightly orders, belonging to which the representatives of this noble family were proud.
