On one of Les Edwards’ paintings of this series “Conan and Demons” depicts the battle of a brave warrior with evil spirits. Out of their graves and crypts, a myriad of dead men crawled out, attacked Conan with rusty blades and crooked knives. Disappear under the blows of the ax of Conan, like rotten stumps of the heads of some dead, their place is occupied by others and the end of the edge is not visible to this army of the underworld. But the invincible Conan never gives up.
