Italian artist Francesco Furini was born in Florence, served as a priest in the parish of Sant Ansano in Mugello. Here he began to paint pictures on mythological and religious subjects.

According to legend, the daughters of Lot, left without husbands, decided to give birth to descendants from their father, watering him. First, the older daughter joined in the connection, the next day – the youngest.
